Juvederm Volite is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler and when injected it can improve skin smoothness, hydration and elasticity.
Skin boosters are hyaluronic acid gels that are injected into the dermis of the skin, therefore it has the same risk profile as dermal fillers, but provides a more subtle appearance.
Dermal fillers are substances that are added to increase volume, increase structural support and reduce lines/ wrinkles whilst promoting hydration to the area.
Juvederm Volite lasts up to 9 months.
The dermal fillers contain the natural substance hyaluronic acid which is cross linked to increase the length of time for the product to be absorbed by the body’s natural processes.
The products used contain local anaesthetic, however if you have an allergy to local anaesthetic a product can be used that is free from anaesthetic substances.
Dermal fillers are classified as an implant, therefore the procedure is completed under sterile aseptic non-touch techniques with premium CE approved products.
